Everyone we saw and had interactions with was great! Only reason for 4 stars is there was an employee, I'm assuming in some sort or management position that I heard be very rude, almost belittling to different employees on different occasions during my short visit. It made parts of the visit very awkward! More

We had a positive experience overall. It was our first dental visit at LPDA. Our appointments were right on time. The staff was efficient and helpful at the front desk. Our dental hygienist was good at explaining things to my two boys (3 and 5). Dr R was sweet, with child-friendly interactions when checking out their teeth and clarified things for me as the parent. It was smooth scheduling our next cleaning in 6 months. My boys loved the prizes they received at the end. They also loved playing with toys in the waiting room before our visit and at the end when I was checking out. We are happy with our first visit here. More

I highly recommend LPDA for many reasons. The dental division, especially Dr. M, is amazing. The ortho team- Dr. H, Hollie, and Ashley just blew me away when they stayed past office hours to accommodate my son and they were beyond gracious and patient about it. A HUGE shout out to Hollie, for going above and beyond! This 5 star rating is for YOU! I needed to make an immediate appointment for my son, but I couldn't get ahold of anyone to schedule it. I called all day, left messages on almost every voice mail, and heard from no one. Finally, I left a message on Hollie's voicemail (orthodontics dept), and within 5 mins, she called me back. She took all my info, put me on hold, and walked it over to someone at the dentist office front desk. We have been coming here at least twice a year since my youngest two were 1. They are now 13 and 15. It is always a pleasant experience for the kids. I hope it will give them the habit to carry on with preventative dental care once they are young adults. Best I can do ;-) More

While I like this clinic, I disappointed with their customer service line. It is so hard to get through their scheduler. I am always redirected to their general mailbox even if they are still opened. I don’t understand this. So annoying. We love this clinic. Yesterday, Nov.29th was my daughter’s 2nd appointment with them. The hygienist (unfortunately I forgot her name. My bad!) was outstanding. She made my 2yr old daughter feel so comfortable. My daughter sat in the chair all by herself. Later on the hygienist introduced all her ‘friends/tools’ to my daughter in a nice way. It made my daughter relaxed. She handed my daughter free toothbrush, floss, toothpaste and stickers. This surely thrilled my daughter. Then came the dentist, Dr. Mark. He was awesome. He handled my daughter in a very friendly and relaxed way. My daughter remained calm and relax all throughout. The clinic is big and clean. This clinic is excellent. Highly recommended. More

As always, we had a great visit. The hygienist and Dr M were wonderful and made our daughter feel so at ease. My only complaint would be the movies playing in the waiting room the last two times we were there. They were very instense/dark/scary for young children. I had to make sure we sat in an area where our 4 year old could not see or hear the tvs. I would suggest playing a movie in the waiting room that is rated G since a lot of the patients are young. I love bringing my son to Lancaster Pediatric Dental. We have been coming for a couple of years. The staff is friendly and the Dentist does a great job teaching my son to take care of his teeth. I recommend Lancaster Pediatric because the atmosphere is very warming. More

Hollie on the orthodontic side of the practice is the sweetest, caring, fun, friendly person you will ever meet. She helped me thru the insurance process and ease any concern I may of had. Doctor was kind, friendly and great with the kids, the dental assistants were great, especially with my daughter who had severe anxiety. The only complaint was the front desk staff at checkout. Customer service was poor, she seemed annoyed the whole time and barely looked up from her screen. I was there with 4 kids. I get it, it’s a lot, but also you work at a pediatric dental office so you deal with kids. It just makes an already tired mom feel worse when you make Her feel like a problem at the office. More

I have 3 kids and LPDA always can schedule them to be seen at the same time. Their staff are friendly and interested in the kids. Though we greatly limit screen time the child friendly movies that play during their cleanings are a wonderful distraction for those who especially don't love going to the dentist. More

My son was terrified of an emergency appointment to treat a chipped tooth, and the staff provided clear explanations and breaks in order to ease his mind. They explained everything in a way that he could understand and teach back when he returned home. More

Efficient and on time. This practice is very busy but Dr. M did a fantastic job treating all her little patients with lots of patience and kindness. Always gentle and professional! Our appointment was at 10:10. We got to the office at 10am, the office was full but we got right in. We saw very friendly hygienist Laura then Dr. M and got out at 10:38! Assistant Nancy is very compassionate. Smooth snd easy process. Everyone is so nice and helpful! P.S. We don’t recommend Dr. Albert La Torre at all! But anyone except him is very nice and professional in this practice. A few years ago there was one time they assigned us Dr. Albert La Torre and that was a nightmare! My son’s silver cap on his molar wore off and Dr. Torre attempted to bend it back without any anesthesia. My son said it hurts but Dr. Torre just humiliated my son and told my son “if you don’t open your mouth I am going to leave you.” Then Dr. Torre threw his tools on the table and walked out the room in anger leaving my son and I crying! The assistant was nice and helped us get Dr. Ross and solved everything in a professional and calm manner. More

Hollie has consistently been kind, polite, and super helpful whether talking to her on the phone or in person. If her energy and good vibes would rub off on others our world would benefit.!! More

Took my Daughter to her orthodontics appt today and Hollie was such a pleasure. She was kind and super funny, even my daughter kept saying how much she liked her. She made sure to answer all my questions and made us feel 100% welcome and cared about. She is such a wonderful addition to the office! Dr. H was just as pleasant and explained everything to me and his plan for further treatment. The experience today has been so great that I wish LPDA took my sons insurance so he too could be seen here. sadly since he has it through the state for his Autism, LPDA doesn't accept Amerihealth. My granddaughter Cecelia was in for an expander review and found that her’s was was loose and had to come out and be reinserted. She was a little nervous about the procedure but thanks to in depth information provided by Hollie and Dr. H, and their professionalism in calming her down and explaining the situation they were to undertake went very successful in making sure she understood what she needed and how they would complete the process. I have been taking my 7 year old here for years and have always had the best experiences. The staff are always so friendly, appointments are easy to get, and she loves getting gold tokens to use at the vending machines they keep in the lobby. We were recently seen by Meaghan for sealants. My daughter has ADHD and ASD and can sometimes ask a MILLION questions, but Meaghan handled every pause and question with patience and kindness. We have been coming to LPDA for years for my two daughters. My nine year old saw Dr. Levicoff For the first time recently and I was very impressed. He was extremely kind to her and very engaged in everything she said. He never ignored her. Then he showed me her films and made sure he explained everything to me thoroughly. As an adult who attended this place and who now has a child coming here I do not think there is much more to say. They do a really good job with the kids and making them feel comfortable. At the same time they simplify and inform the children of what is going so they are not surprised. The atmosphere is kept fun and relaxed. She likes the freebies and the tv to watch. They are currently under renovations and maybe a change in overall ownership. So some time will tell if it is change for the better. More

This place is night and day compared to CDHA who still will not turn over my daughters X-ray that we paid for. My two year old chipped her front tooth and we had to take her to a pediatric dentist compared to my regular dentist. My first stop was CDHA and that place was horrible - I waited an hour to be seen then the people that worked there were so rude especially front desk girls. After the apt cause I just wanted to get out of there I needed to get a price on a procedure the dentist there suggested but I couldn’t get a hold of anyone! Left numerous messages with CDHA and surgery center ... finally I got a hold of someone In their call center and they transferred me to only be hung up on! Anyways ... long story short! Come to LPDA because it’s wonderful here! The dentist was so sweet and gentle with my scared two year old and the place was clean, kid friendly, and on time! I’ll be transferring all my children here from our regular dentist just so they have that extra care from a dentist that specializes in children. More

Dr Ross is really great. We came in for my sons filling and after he took a look at my sons tooth he saw that it just needed a sealant. Im so glad that he checked it and didn't need a repair. Im also glad that he saw that my sons wisdom teeth are coming out. This gives me hope that I can hold off surgical procedures until the teeth are completely out (these were formerly impacted and I was told by our dental insurance that its not covered by them and that its medical). I love Lancaster Pediatric Dental Associates! Everyone who works at the office is so friendly and professional. All 4 of my children love going and actually enjoy their appointments. The dental hygienists are so patient and gentle with my kids and somehow find a way to make their appointments fun! We see Dr. Moriarty and she is nothing short of wonderful. She is extremely thorough and takes the time to answer all of our questions. I never feel like she is rushing our appointments. I have been very happy with how they treated my son who has a lot of energy as well as a lot of sensory issues and fear of dental procedures. I only gave them 4 stars only because of how long it took to get his cavities fixed after the first visit. That was partly insurance issues as well but it took a while to get information at times from lpda. But I also truly believe this is due to lack of staff that most places are experiencing. I would definitely recommend them especially if your child has a difficult time at the dentist. More

I only gave them 4 stars only because of how long it took to get his cavities fixed after the first visit. That was partly insurance issues as well but it took a while to get information at times from lpda. But I also truly believe this is due to lack of staff that most places are experiencing. I would definitely recommend them especially if your child has a difficult time at the dentist. More

I told my husband I feel terrible because I can’t remember any of the ladies names that helped us yesterday. Dentist is a horror word to my 5 year old and we haven’t had a good experience yet anywhere however the team that worked with him yesterday was fantastic. My son is 6 and has autism, so he can get nervous in these kinds of situations or struggle to cooperate sometimes. The hygienist who worked on him, Tabitha, was patient and kind, explained everything to him so he knew what to expect, and made it a great experience for him! The dentist, Dr. Ross, is great and did a wonderful job on my son’s in-hospital dental procedure last year. The no cavity club is so exciting for the kids too, he loved getting a token to get a prize, and couldn’t wait to show his teacher his certificate! We use that at home as an incentive to brush good (“remember, you want to stay in the no cavity club right?”) When we left my son said he wishes he could go to the dentist everyday haha. More

They love children and it shows! I was referred to LPDA from my general dentist, Loeffler-Pitt Dental Associates. He felt we would be better served by Dr. Ross at LPDA due to the extensive work needed for our youngest son. Loeffler-Pitt spoke very highly of Dr. Ross and his extensive experience and tenure as a pediatric dentist. Dr. Ross has the ability to calm any child! His "bedside manner" is amazing and kids love him. Our son has had to receive "twilight sedation" twice (where he is still awake but sedated) and he did very well through both procedures. Our son would go back to see Dr. Ross even though he has had extensive work done in his mouth. He was grossly traumatized at a previous pediatric dentist who pulled his tooth out while he screamed as he was telling the dentist he could feel the pain. The pediatric dentist denied he could feel it and continued yanking the tooth out. Needless to say, we never returned. So, our son had every right to never step foot in a dentist office again! Dr. Ross is the only dentist we will take him to (aside from Loeffler-Pitt when he is older -- they are amazing dentists also--top notch quality care). For our son to go back a second time to Dr. Ross after a traumatizing experience -- that tells you something about how great Dr. Ross is! Dr. Ross and his staff are great people. Keep smiling and caring about the children you take care of! We parents need to feel we can trust a dentist to give our children a positive experience that will impact them throughout their lives and support great oral health for a lifetime. We have tried other kids dentists in the area that didnt work out (was told she would need to be sedated to have her teeth cleaned). This was our first time at LPDA. We just recently went for a checkup and cleaning. I was super impressed with the hygienist she was very kind and engaging with my child. The doctor was wonderful as well. Both were wonderful with my son. I understand that the virus has changed things and how there may need to be different procedures in place for the medical and dental world but I just feel like some of this is over the top. We stood outside in the cold for 10 minutes because we had to wait to call and let them know we were there before Entering. I never had a response after calling 3 times. So I walked in and waited. It just seemed a little much considering all the other precautions in place with shields and hand sanitizer and arrows in the floor. Just ready for this to be over. Kids are super weirded out by it and it just makes it a very strange experience. More

All of the hygienists and dentists have been fantastic with my children and have made them feel at ease each visit. Call them for a second opinion for my son tooth. They went above and beyond to much sure he got seen even with everything going on with covid. We got there for our appointment they took the extra step to much should my son was safe to be seen and was comfortable being it was his first time here. LPDA is nothing short of Amazing. Our daughter started there earlier this year at age 1. Her first visit she was welcomed by the entire team but she was one and she wasn't exactly "on board with having her teeth looked at. She is now 18 months and I was expecting the same tearful event. I WAS WRONG! Dr. V and her assistant did amazing with her! Our little one has been showing off her " No Cavity Club" certificate to everyone. She couldn't wait to show her daddy the prize she was given as well. Our daughter even wanted Dr. V to hold her! She never wants held anymore! That told me we are on the right track! DR. V Rocks and Team Rock! Note: I work in dentistry and I know the importance of positive dental experiences. I really did not want my little one to hate the dentist or ever have a negative experience. That's why we chose a Pediatric dentist. Everything at LPDA is catered towards having a great experience! Even the prizes are age appropriate! Nova was given a bath toy- who doesnt love bath toys! I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Lancaster Pediatric Dental Associates! From the moment we walked in I was struck by how genuinely nice and welcoming the staff was. My sons' (3.5 yrs and 17 months) names were posted on a welcome sign for new patients as soon as we entered which was just SO nice. With two play rooms, the boys were instantly entertained and at ease. Within literally minutes, the hygienist came back to get us. They were understanding and compassionate with my fearful (read: SCREAMING) 17 month old. They carefully explained every step, every tool, every EVERYTHING to not only me, but to the boys as well. I could not have been more impressed with the professionalism and patience of both Dr. Odoom and our hygienist. It was abundantly clear that both had a true passion for their job and understood how to not only interact and build rapport with children, but to make them feel comfortable. Overall a great pediatric dentist, we've used them for a few years now, minor issues that are to be expected with any practice. Today on 10/21 though we had a really great visit, the dentist was in immediately after the hygienist left which was so wonderful. I definitely suggest them to anyone in need of a pediatric dentist. Dr Ross is really great. We came in for my sons filling and after he took a look at my sons tooth he saw that it just needed a sealant. Im so glad that he checked it and didn't need a repair. Im also glad that he saw that my sons wisdom teeth are coming out. This gives me hope that I can hold off surgical procedures until the teeth are completely out (these were formerly impacted and I was told by our dental insurance that its not covered by them and that its medical). More

My son fell and had trauma to his mouth; His top front teeth were pushed up into the gum when he fell. I called their office to see if they could help and not only did they help, but they went above and beyond to fit him into their busy schedule as an emergency appointment. When we were back for the appointment, Dr. Peter Ross, Nancy, and Dr. Odoom were fantastic with him and same goes for the ladies at the front desk (Thanks to Leigh Anne for the help scheduling)! My son did not cry once while he was back and a solid treatment plan was placed. Would definitely return and we have a 45 minute drive to get there! More

This place is night and day compared to CDHA who still will not turn over my daughters X-ray that we paid for. My two year old chipped her front tooth and we had to take her to a pediatric dentist compared to my regular dentist. My first stop was CDHA and that place was horrible - I waited an hour to be seen then the people that worked there were so rude especially front desk girls. After the apt cause I just wanted to get out of there I needed to get a price on a procedure the dentist there suggested but I couldn’t get a hold of anyone! Left numerous messages with CDHA and surgery center ... finally I got a hold of someone In their call center and they transferred me to only be hung up on! Anyways ... long story short! Come to LPDA because it’s wonderful here! The dentist was so sweet and gentle with my scared two year old and the place was clean, kid friendly, and on time! I’ll be transferring all my children here from our regular dentist just so they have that extra care from a dentist that specializes in children. More

LPDA is nothing short of Amazing. Our daughter started there earlier this year at age 1. Her first visit she was welcomed by the entire team but she was one and she wasn't exactly "on board with having her teeth looked at. She is now 18 months and I was expecting the same tearful event. I WAS WRONG! Dr. V and her assistant did amazing with her! Our little one has been showing off her " No Cavity Club" certificate to everyone. She couldn't wait to show her daddy the prize she was given as well. Our daughter even wanted Dr. V to hold her! She never wants held anymore! That told me we are on the right track! DR. V Rocks and Team Rock! Note: I work in dentistry and I know the importance of positive dental experiences. I really did not want my little one to hate the dentist or ever have a negative experience. That's why we chose a Pediatric dentist. Everything at LPDA is catered towards having a great experience! Even the prizes are age appropriate! Nova was given a bath toy- who doesnt love bath toys! We’ve been to LPDA twice with our two year old son after a bad experience elsewhere. Both times we have had a great experience! Today, the dental hygienist Brittney made my two year old so comfortable. She was so great with him and really made him feel at ease (and admittedly, she made me feel at ease too)! From the moment you walk into the office, everyone is so nice and patient. I have taken my son to my family dentist several times and he wouldn’t open his mouth for them. Today, he let them brush his teeth, floss and do a fluoride treatment. He didn’t want to leave the play area and he was relaxed the whole time (mom included). My son was very nervous about his first visit, but everyone was very friendly. They really involved my son and discussed exactly what was happening. They made me feel like he was in very good hands. At the end of his visit he got a token and they have several machines for the children to get a prize. What a nice touch!!!! More

We love Lancaster Pediatrics so much. Our experience is so wonderful. Tyler loves Brooke because she makes him feel comfortable during his cleaning. Dr. Ross is a miracle worker. He performed magic on my 3 year old that was suffering from tooth decay and completely rebuilt her smile. You can clearly tell he has a lot of experience. Highly recommend him and the rest of the staff here! More

I came here for a second opinion after my children's dentist recommended radical treatment options. I was extremely impressed with the entire team. They were incredibly information and explained our treatment options and expected cost. Plus, the dentist did not think the radical options suggested by our previous dentist were really necessary. We absolutely love this practice. The minute you walk in the door you are greeted by a friendly front desk staff. I can't think of any office I have been to where this is always the case. I have never seen any of these girls in a bad mood or upset. They are just kind and make the interaction a pleasant one. The hygienist's and doctor's are also fabulous! They are so good at making little kids feel comfortable and at ease. My son has been a patient here for 3 years and loves it. My daughter had her first visit a few days ago and was so scared. The girl who cleaned her teeth was so nice and really made my daughter relax. I am grateful for this office because going to the dentist can be scary. I have always feared the dentist and wished that this practice would have been around when I was a child :) I probably would enjoy the dentist it it had been! I would highly recommend this practice! My son had his second dental appointment but first with Lancaster Pediatric Dental Associates today and it was such a positive way to start our day. The staff was welcoming, the waiting room very clean, and the toys for the kids were amazing. My son is a year and a half and usually does not enjoy the doctor or the dentist but he actually had a great time playing and interacting with Dr. Ross. We felt much more at ease here than we did at another dental office we tried at first. I highly recommend for small children! More

We just recently switched here from another Pediatric dental office and I was so impressed! The previous office the wait time was insane and I was not allowed to go back with my children during the exam (red flag) but this office was punctual and explained everything they were doing to me as well as my kids. We saw Dr. Jacobs and she was very friendly and very thorough. I am so happy we made the switch and my children are in the hands of a very capable dental team!! Highly recommend! More
