Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. As a courtesy to you, we will file your insurance claim for you if we have received all of your insurance information on the day of the appointment. Please be familiar with your insurance benefits. We will collect from you the amount not paid by your insurance at the time of service. By law your insurance company is required to pay each claim within 30 days of receipt. We file all insurance claims electronically, so your insurance company will receive each claim within days of treatment. You are responsible for any balance on your account, whether insurance has paid or not.

Lancaster Pediatric Dental Associates is proud to partner with Delta Dental for our patients’ insurance needs. A leading provider of dental insurance within the nation, Delta Dental offers coverage plans for both individuals and families. During a consultation at our Lancaster, PA facility, a member of our financial team will work with you and Delta Dental to determine your coverage and out-of-pocket costs. Our goal is to help make your dental care as easy and affordable as possible.

Please understand that we file dental insurance as a courtesy to our patients. We are not responsible for how your insurance company handles its claims or for what benefits they pay on a claim. We can only assist you in estimation on your portion of the cost of treatment. We can not guarantee what your insurance will or will not do with each claim. We also cannot be responsible for any errors in filing your insurance. Once again, we file claims as a courtesy to you.

The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you!
