We had a positive experience overall. It was our first dental visit at LPDA. Our appointments were right on time. The staff was efficient and helpful at the front desk. Our dental hygienist was good at explaining things to my two boys (3 and 5). Dr R was sweet, with child-friendly interactions when checking out their teeth and clarified things for me as the parent. It was smooth scheduling our next cleaning in 6 months. My boys loved the prizes they received at the end. They also loved playing with toys in the waiting room before our visit and at the end when I was checking out. We are happy with our first visit here. More
I have 3 kids and LPDA always can schedule them to be seen at the same time. Their staff are friendly and interested in the kids. Though we greatly limit screen time the child friendly movies that play during their cleanings are a wonderful distraction for those who especially don't love going to the dentist. More
I cannot say enough good about this place. My boys love coming here. The staff is kind and they seriously stepped up to help me when my youngest shut the car door on his thumb and I panicked. They cleaned him up and calmed him down and got him through his cleaning and were just sincerely kind. I am disappointed they no longer take my insurance and if I didn’t have four kids to pay for I would just pay the extra myself. This place is great for your children and the entire staff is top notch. Thank you LPDA for many years of service to my family. More
This was our first visit to LDPA and hands down was the best dental experience for my kiddos. We came from another local practice that I felt was not doing enough and monitoring their teeth correctly. Dr. Mark and his team did a fabulous job caring for my boys from X-rays to cleanings and consultations for follow ups. I left feeling like everything was explained clearly and that my children were a priority. Thank you! More
I love coming here with my daughter . They are so patient and are very relatable to my daughter by telling her stories and making her comfortable while cleaning her teeth ! Made me feel like I made the best choice choosing them to care for my child teeth! They also explain to me very well how to care for her teeth and recommend some steps while doing so ! My son, age 7, and daughter, almost 2, had there 6 month cleaning at LPDA and we had a wonderful experience. My son had to return to have an extraction and the staff was just as great for this procedure. I'm thankful that we have found LPDA. Shout out to the secretaries in the front office and their helpfulness when we first called to inquire about transferring from out of state! We just recently went for a checkup and cleaning. I was super impressed with the hygienist she was very kind and engaging with my child. The doctor was wonderful as well. Both were wonderful with my son. I understand that the virus has changed things and how there may need to be different procedures in place for the medical and dental world but I just feel like some of this is over the top. We stood outside in the cold for 10 minutes because we had to wait to call and let them know we were there before Entering. I never had a response after calling 3 times. So I walked in and waited. It just seemed a little much considering all the other precautions in place with shields and hand sanitizer and arrows in the floor. Just ready for this to be over. Kids are super weirded out by it and it just makes it a very strange experience. More

This was our first visit and I was very impressed. Even prior to the visit, every phone call was received by a very pleasant and helpful person. During the visit, I felt like I was truly being listened to, as well as my daugther, and the cleaning and exam was very thorough. They definitely eased my worries and made changing dental practices painless! More
My 3 yr old daughter had her first dentist appointment today. We had an incredible experience and I highly recommend this place. From the people at the front desk, dental hygienist, to the dentist, everyone made such an effort to make my daughter feel comfortable. We immediately felt welcomed into their facility with the friendly staff at the front desk. Mikayla loved playing in the playroom while we waited to be called back. Once called back to the room, she hopped right ont...o the chair with a smile on her face. I could tell she was nervous, but by asking her lots of questions about Minnie Mouse on her pants, Belle on her shirt, Toy Story on the tv in front of her, what her puppy’s name was, etc... it kept her distracted enough to feel more comfortable. She loved picking out her new toothbrush & selecting which fun flavor of toothpaste she’d like to try for today’s cleaning. They miraculously counted her teeth, cleaned & polished them & even flossed without one single tear or compliant. I attribute our success to the team’s patience & care to explain each tool to her. She even high fives Dr. Ross at the end. She got to join the “no cavity club” complete with a certificate & an entry into a drawing to win a prize. And then when we checked out at the desk, she also received a gold token to place into 1 of the several available toy dispensers for a fun take-home prize of their choice. This will thankfully be our new dental home for my kids & I’m just so very grateful that we found a team who I can trust to get her through it AND have a good time... leaving with a smile.
