Efficient and on time. This practice is very busy but Dr. M did a fantastic job treating all her little patients with lots of patience and kindness. Always gentle and professional! Our appointment was at 10:10. We got to the office at 10am, the office was full but we got right in. We saw very friendly hygienist Laura then Dr. M and got out at 10:38! Assistant Nancy is very compassionate. Smooth snd easy process. Everyone is so nice and helpful! P.S. We don’t recommend Dr. Albert La Torre at all! But anyone except him is very nice and professional in this practice. A few years ago there was one time they assigned us Dr. Albert La Torre and that was a nightmare! My son’s silver cap on his molar wore off and Dr. Torre attempted to bend it back without any anesthesia. My son said it hurts but Dr. Torre just humiliated my son and told my son “if you don’t open your mouth I am going to leave you.” Then Dr. Torre threw his tools on the table and walked out the room in anger leaving my son and I crying! The assistant was nice and helped us get Dr. Ross and solved everything in a professional and calm manner. More

Took my Daughter to her orthodontics appt today and Hollie was such a pleasure. She was kind and super funny, even my daughter kept saying how much she liked her. She made sure to answer all my questions and made us feel 100% welcome and cared about. She is such a wonderful addition to the office! Dr. H was just as pleasant and explained everything to me and his plan for further treatment. The experience today has been so great that I wish LPDA took my sons insurance so he too could be seen here. sadly since he has it through the state for his Autism, LPDA doesn't accept Amerihealth. More

My kids love Lancaster Pediatric Dental. The staff is always incredibly patient. Megan helped with us most recently and made sure my kids weren't nervous at all and explained everything to us. More

This place is excellent. The staff is always so friendly with my children and they look forward to their visits. Hollie has been extremely helpful with all of my billing/payment questions and has such a great personality. The orthodontist is knowledgeable and helps me understand the steps that are being taken to give my kids their perfect smiles. More

My granddaughter Cecelia was in for an expander review and found that her’s was was loose and had to come out and be reinserted. She was a little nervous about the procedure but thanks to in depth information provided by Hollie and Dr. H, and their professionalism in calming her down and explaining the situation they were to undertake went very successful in making sure she understood what she needed and how they would complete the process. I have been taking my 7 year old here for years and have always had the best experiences. The staff are always so friendly, appointments are easy to get, and she loves getting gold tokens to use at the vending machines they keep in the lobby. We were recently seen by Meaghan for sealants. My daughter has ADHD and ASD and can sometimes ask a MILLION questions, but Meaghan handled every pause and question with patience and kindness. I was anxious that this would be a scary experience for my daughter, but it turned out to be one of the best appointments we've ever had! Thank you LPDA and Meaghan! More

I cannot say enough good about this place. My boys love coming here. The staff is kind and they seriously stepped up to help me when my youngest shut the car door on his thumb and I panicked. They cleaned him up and calmed him down and got him through his cleaning and were just sincerely kind. I am disappointed they no longer take my insurance and if I didn’t have four kids to pay for I would just pay the extra myself. This place is great for your children and the entire staff is top notch. Thank you LPDA for many years of service to my family. More

It was a journey for us until we found LPDA, and not a very pleasant one. My husband and I are truly grateful for the excellent care they give to our children! They are so well at accommodating all ages and show their care in all they do! I highly recommend giving them a call if your looking for pediatric dentist's in Lancaster County. The office staff is easy to reach, extremely pleasant, and helpful, which seems to be a rarity in this day. More

Clean facility. Very kid friendly. Both our kids had a wonderful experience. They got to watch their favorite movies while they got their teeth cleaned. They explained each and every tool to them so they weren't afraid. Also they celebrated that they had no cavities. Highly recommend! More

This was our first visit to LDPA and hands down was the best dental experience for my kiddos. We came from another local practice that I felt was not doing enough and monitoring their teeth correctly. Dr. Mark and his team did a fabulous job caring for my boys from X-rays to cleanings and consultations for follow ups. I left feeling like everything was explained clearly and that my children were a priority. Thank you! More

We love this clinic. Yesterday, Nov.29th was my daughter’s 2nd appointment with them. The hygienist (unfortunately I forgot her name. My bad!) was outstanding. She made my 2yr old daughter feel so comfortable. My daughter sat in the chair all by herself. Later on the hygienist introduced all her ‘friends/tools’ to my daughter in a nice way. It made my daughter relaxed. She handed my daughter free toothbrush, floss, toothpaste and stickers. This surely thrilled my daughter. Then came the dentist, Dr. Mark. He was awesome. He handled my daughter in a very friendly and relaxed way. My daughter remained calm and relax all throughout. The clinic is big and clean. This clinic is excellent. Highly recommended. More

We have been coming to LPDA for years for my two daughters. My nine year old saw Dr. Levicoff For the first time recently and I was very impressed. He was extremely kind to her and very engaged in everything she said. He never ignored her. Then he showed me her films and made sure he explained everything to me thoroughly. I am hoping we get him every time we are there. More

As an adult who attended this place and who now has a child coming here I do not think there is much more to say. They do a really good job with the kids and making them feel comfortable. At the same time they simplify and inform the children of what is going so they are not surprised. The atmosphere is kept fun and relaxed. She likes the freebies and the tv to watch. They are currently under renovations and maybe a change in overall ownership. So some time will tell if it is change for the better. More

The staff were very friendly and easy to schedule with for our new patient appointment. Online forms made check-in super fast. The girls were wonderful with my toddler in making her feel comfortable and explained everything before doing it. Their patience was very much appreciated. Dr. Al was gentle and welcoming. He answered all of my questions and discussed further treatments with me. More

My 5 year old had a bad experience after months of fantastic visits, since switching staff. However, after explaining the situation they were more than accommodating in their response, and did everything they could to help my daughter gain her faith back in the dentist. Especially the patient care staff and Dr. Moriarty, who is incredible. More

My youngest son, five years of age, required extensive work under sedation. Dr. Ross was very kind and patient focused. He took his time answering our questions and explained each step of the process to me and my son, even while he was sedated. His bedside manner is excellent, and his staff were polite and professional. More

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Lancaster Pediatric Dental Associates! From the moment we walked in I was struck by how genuinely nice and welcoming the staff was. My sons' (3.5 yrs and 17 months) names were posted on a welcome sign for new patients as soon as we entered which was just SO nice. With two play rooms, the boys were instantly entertained and at ease. Within literally minutes, the hygienist came back to get us. They were understanding and compassionate with my fearful (read: SCREAMING) 17 month old. They carefully explained every step, every tool, every EVERYTHING to not only me, but to the boys as well. I could not have been more impressed with the professionalism and patience of both Dr. Odoom and our hygienist. It was abundantly clear that both had a true passion for their job and understood how to not only interact and build rapport with children, but to make them feel comfortable. Please check them out- you will not be disappointed. They are true professionals and truly care about their patients! I wish I could give them 10 stars! More

Dr. M is fantastic! My 2 year old just had his second visit. I was nervous because his first visit, at 18 months, was tough. he was just so young to really understand. But this time, he sat right on my lap and let Dr. M do her thing! She kept him involved in the entire process and showed him what she was going to do before she did it. I could tell he felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Brittney, the assistant, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable. My son was so proud to be in the No Cavity Club and has been showing his certificate off all day (we even had to take it to daycare). We are so happy we chose LPDA for our little man. We will be recommending them to anyone looking for a dentist for their kiddos! More

Have nothing but good things to say about LPDA! My children do not fear going to the dentist anymore because of them. We travel from Hershey to Lancaster because we have been that pleased with the care they provide. We couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! More
